I cannot begin to speak highly enough about this place. They care about their customers and go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. Will continue to support them and you should as well.
I have brought my Ninja 250 here for maintenance and to get lowered before, and the service has been great. They have been honest, and have been very customer-oriented. The owner has been very friendly too, and I've always enjoyed talking to him. Also, there's a female employee there who, when I first started riding, took the time to alleviate my fears of being a short female rider--which was so kind of her. Overall, I would recommend this place to other riders.My boyfriend bought his KLR 650 here and they were really great too.
I don't know what I can say about these guys. Maybe some of the most honest, helpful mechanics I have ever met. I took my first bike here. My friend gave it to me for free, but it was in pieces. This shop put the bike back together, told me what the costs were up front, didn't give me any surprises, and brought a 15yr old bike up to Virginia Safety standards. When it had problems later on from old wiring, they fit me into a crammed schedule and have me back on the road in a few days.After the summer, I decided to upgrade my bike and brought my new (2011) Honda Fury into the shop for a 8/12k tune-up. They identified some dry-rot in the front tire that the Safety Inspector missed... probably saved my life.I won't take my bike anywhere else.
Honest, quality work. Even called me to let me know I over paid once the Suzuki Extended Warranty group finally got back to them with the adjustment. Trust them completely. Could improve their communication regarding status of repair work, but otherwise, top-notch service group.
This dealership is fantastic. Everyone here is very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. It's very easy to become a regular here, and get on a first name basis with everyone.
The parts department is incredibly knowledgeable, well managed, and has top notch customer service.
The repair department is incredibly helpful. They will even swap me bucket shims when I can't wait for them to be mailed! They'll give you good advice about anything you bring to them. I do my own repairs and maintenance (I was a motorcycle repair tech at another shop) but I still trust their opinion.
If you haven't been to one of their open house events yet, you should go. They're always a blast.
Employees really know their stuff, from sales to service. Cant say enough good things about them.
These guys rock. Honest, quality service and more than fair prices. They have a forklift system if you bring your bike on a truck which is convenient too.
I got my new Kawasaki Ninja from this dealer recently. It was a great experience with Alex(AJ 🙂 ) from sales department. He was very good and friendly helping me in each and every aspect. He was very clear and detailed in everything he said. You made it worth, me coming from Richmond all the way to Manassas for the bike.
